Race Day Fees

We collect a small race fee per class which helps us maintain and improve our facility.

Your first race day or night is free!

After your first day or night, the race fees are:

Race & Driving Fees for all sections

Practice Fees:
$7.00 Members.
$14.00 Non-members.

Race fees On-Road Off-road/ Big Rigs driving fees:

Members:

Adult: $12 per class
Junior: $7 per class

Non-Members:

Adult: $24 per class
Junior: $14 per class

Membership Fees

Being a member of WCMRC allows you to pay cheaper race fees, vote at our AGM and be eligible to stand for a Committee. All membership fees go back into the club to help us maintain and improve the facility.

2024 Membership Fees

Adult – $120
Adult (3 year membership) – $310
Junior (16 years and under) – $50
Family (1 adult and 2+ juniors*) – $170
Associate (non-Driving/Racing) – $30

*please note that family membership requires a form to be filled out for each member and submitted together. Payment will be marked on one form only. Once the membership has been paid, you are unable to add more juniors to the membership.

Discounted membership – purchased with 6 months or left in calendar year

August to end of October – 50% discount
November to December – full membership and renewal for following year accepted
